AML & KYC Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Commitment

UTS is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime.

Customer due diligence

We may verify identity, address and source of funds at any time, with enhanced checks for higher-risk activity, larger volumes or larger withdrawals. Until verification is completed, we may limit deposits, withdrawals or trading.

Monitoring

Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trading and referral activity are monitored for unusual patterns. Withdrawals are reviewed before release, and withdrawal limits may apply per network.

Sanctions

We screen users and withdrawal addresses against applicable sanctions lists and block restricted jurisdictions.

Reporting

Where required, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and may freeze associated assets or lock the account.

Record keeping

Verification and transaction records are retained for the period required by law.
