Acceptance
By registering or using UTS Exchange, including by signing in with Google, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and AML & KYC Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where our services are prohibited or where you are subject to sanctions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator app and recovery codes secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold only one account. Two-factor authentication is required for withdrawals and password changes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Wallets
Your account has a Spot wallet and a separate Futures wallet. USDT must be transferred from Spot to Futures before opening futures positions, and can be transferred back at any time when it is not used as margin.
Trading
Orders are executed against live market prices. Market orders fill at the prevailing price; limit orders rest until the market reaches your price or you cancel. Each trading pair has its own minimum order value and fee, shown before you trade. Futures leverage is limited per pair, up to 75x on all eligible pairs. Positions are liquidated automatically when the market reaches the liquidation price, and the margin of a liquidated position is lost.
Fees
Trading and withdrawal fees are listed in the Fee Schedule and on the trading and withdrawal screens, and may change with notice. Fees are deducted at the time of execution.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited after confirmation and review. Withdrawals are subject to per-network minimums, maximums and fees, are reviewed for security and compliance, and may be delayed, limited or refused where required. You must select the correct network and enter the correct address and, where required, memo or tag. Funds sent to a wrong address, network or memo may not be recoverable.
Referrals and rewards
Referral commissions, sign-up bonuses, quests and redeem codes are promotional, may be changed or ended at any time, and are paid only as shown on the platform. Self-referral, multiple accounts or other abuse may lead to rewards being withheld or reversed.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use UTS for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, exploiting bugs, automated abuse, or any unlawful purpose.
Suspension
We may restrict, freeze or close accounts, cancel orders, or reverse erroneous credits to protect users, comply with law, or address suspected breach of these Terms.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses from market movements, or outages beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may amend these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
